Well, here's its working principle:

1) Put the sleeve over the cylinder - up to where the vacuum hole is. The hole will be covered by the sleeve at the end of this process.
2) Once one end of the sleeve is on, roll the sleeve from the other side. You'll want to rolled the sleeve over the cylinder so that opening is free of any obstruction.
3) Hold the sleeve so that it doesn't roll back.

10) Cover the vacuum hole with your finger and pull the cylinder - This will create positive vacuum, which will need to be released.
11) Quickly push the cylinder toward the base while releasing the vacuum hole. You should hear "woosh" sound from the vacuum hole.
12) This is all in one step - as cylinder is pushed down and air is escaping - you want to quickly cover the vacuum hole with the sleeve.
- it sounds difficult, but it makes sense once you have the product in hand.
13) Pull the cylinder with your hand to make sure its on tight and that sleeve is fully covering the penis shaft.
14) Once verified, attach the weight - lowering it slowly. You may feel some pressure at this point, but should only last no more than 20 seconds.
15) Once comfortable, hang until fatique or desire time.
